1. Data controller
Data is processed by the company operating Trindore (company name, registration number and address to be added here). Contact: contact@trindore.com.
2. What we collect
Name, email, phone, country and city, spoken languages, profile description, home details (including the exact address), photos, messages, exchanges, reviews and points history.
3. Verification
Identity checks are done by a specialised provider; Trindore only receives the result and keeps no copies of documents. Proof of address is deleted automatically after the home is verified.
4. What is public
Name, city, description, verification badges, approved homes (with an approximate location) and reviews. The exact address is only shown to the other member once an exchange is confirmed. Phone and email are never public.
5. Automatic translation
Text written by members (listings, messages, reviews) may be sent to an automatic translation service so it can be shown in the reader's language.
6. Payments
Payments are processed by Stripe. Trindore never sees or stores card details.
7. Your rights
You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection, and the right to complain to your data protection authority. For any request, write to contact@trindore.com.
